Thank you for shopping with Felofit. We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Time Frame: You may return a product within 7 days of receiving.
  • Condition: The item is defective or if you received the wrong product. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@felofit.com with your order details and the reason for the return.

  • Proof of Purchase: Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts).

Exchanges

  • Exchanges: If you received a defective or incorrect item and wish to exchange it, please contact us at contact@felofit.com. We will assist you in processing the exchange promptly.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, Felofit will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
